Ron Ben-Israel Cakes is a New York City wedding and celebration cake studio founded in 1999. The flagship bakery, design studio, and showroom are located in Manhattan's Historic Garment District, in an expansive 4,500+ square foot space the company relocated to there from SoHo at the end of 2014. The studio designs wedding cakes and one-of-a-kind custom cakes, with collections including Romance, Bold Statements, Graphics & Textures, Lace & Beading, For Him, For Her, For Little Ones, Good Times, and Bling. Founder Ron Ben-Israel, a former dancer who apprenticed in Cannes, Beaujolais, and Lyons, has designed thousands of cakes; the site also offers teaching (cake design classes) and answers common client questions.
