Information you supply

If you submit a message through a website contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. When wedding planning is enabled, a device-only plan is saved in your browser’s local storage. Clearing that storage or changing devices can remove access to that draft. Email sign-in lets you save plans in your account and access them across devices. Sign-in uses a temporary code or confirmation link; no consumer password is required. We store your email address, confirmed account, session records, and limited request information used to prevent misuse.

Account plans can contain chosen businesses, custom categories, notes, tasks, dates, quotes, and budgets. Invited plan members can see the private plan, including its notes and budget. Editors can change plan content; viewers can read it. The owner controls invitations and shared links. A shared snapshot includes only the content chosen and previewed by the owner. Anyone who receives or is forwarded its link can view that snapshot until the link is revoked.

Comments become public after moderation, including the chosen display name and comment text. Your email address is not displayed with a comment. Confirming an email address does not confirm a purchase or wedding booking. New revisions are reviewed before replacing a published comment. You can remove your public comment.

When configured, Resend processes requested sign-in, invitation, and sharing emails and optional reminders. Each share recipient receives a separate message. Recipients are not subscribed to reminders by receiving a shared plan. Weekly task reminders and saved-search alerts are optional and include unsubscribe controls. Read Resend’s privacy policy. Expired sign-in challenges are removed after one day. Session records are removed after expiry and a short cleanup period. Sent email bodies are removed after provider acceptance; remaining protected bodies expire within seven days and delivery records within ninety days. Deleted plans have a thirty-day cleanup period, with shared access disabled immediately. Revoked share snapshots are removed after thirty days. Account export and deletion are available from My Wedding Plan; deleting a consumer profile does not remove a separately authorized operator account. Backup copies follow hosting retention and are not live shared pages. Contact us for assistance with a privacy request.

Published prices and external ratings

Published prices identify their business source and checked date. They may have package conditions, minimums, additional fees, and expiry dates. They do not guarantee a personalized quote or availability. Where a licensed Yelp integration is enabled, rating information is attributed to Yelp and cached temporarily under its provider rules. External ratings and review content are not copied into wedding-plan exports or shared snapshots.
